GreenPath provided design assistance and sustainable design consulting services for this addition created by Jane Thompson Architect that includes a family room, master bedroom and garage. Passive solar design features include large windows to collect solar heat and the addition of thermal mass inside rooms to store excess warmth. Information on environmentally-friendly building materials was also provided to the client throughout the design process.
